For Suppliers

Feed additive and animal health suppliers.

Four engagement types, each designed to end in a commercial decision or a commercial action.

Market Entry & Expansion

Go-to-market strategy and execution for companies entering APAC: target country selection, route-to-market design, distributor identification, culturally informed positioning, and first customer acquisition. Organization setup and support framework.

Solution Positioning & Commercialization

Helping companies with strong products but unclear market positioning develop a commercial strategy that resonates with APAC buyers, including messaging, pricing, and channel fit.

Commercial Due Diligence

Supporting M&A activity in the region with on-the-ground commercial assessment: market reality, competitive position, customer quality, and channel strength.

Scaling Existing Business

For companies already present in APAC but underperforming: restructuring the commercial approach, optimizing distributor relationships, and unlocking growth in underserved markets.

What We Do

Plan and execution. Not one or the other.

01

Understand

We start by learning your business deeply: products, solutions, operational readiness, commercial setup. Many companies have excellent technology, but haven't positioned it for APAC markets or aren't operationally ready to support expansion.

02

Build the strategy

Together we develop a market entry or solution positioning strategy: which countries, which segments, which route to market. We cross-check this with our network of distributors, customers, and industry contacts across the region to include real market feedback early, not after launch. This includes competitive landscape, cultural and commercial norms that shape how business is won in each market, and high-level regulatory considerations.

03

Execute

This is where most advisory stops. We don't. Depending on the engagement, The Long Arc either operates as your independent representative in the region or works alongside your team to drive execution and deliver on agreed objectives.

How we're compensated: Supplier engagements typically begin with a retainer that reflects mutual commitment during the ramp-up period, because building commercial traction in new markets takes time. As revenue develops, we transition to a commission-based model tied to sales performance, designed to run long-term as the business requires ongoing growth management and market alignment. Where existing sales are already in place, we can move to a performance-based structure from day one.

The result: our success is directly tied to yours. That's alignment you won't get from a consulting firm.
